  Must echo the other reviews, you get billed twice. Once for entering the building, and again separately by the doctor. A simple visit with a strep and flu test, cost well over $500. What a system.

  To the public -- WATCH OUT!!!! I'm writing this for your benefit because I was not "smart" enough to realize that they bill as a hospital, not a clinic. Your copay means nothing. (I made an appointment the day before coming.)
  
  They billed $350 a strep test and $250 for a flu test. NO ONE told me the price of these tests before administering them. I ASKED the receptionist before making the appointment if my insurance was accepted, she confirmed it was. TRY CALLING THEM, TO SORT IT OUT, RIGHT?? HAHA!!!! ON THE PHONE FOR 40 MINUTE WAIT (TWO DAYS IN A ROW) AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. THEY SHOULD BE SENT TO JAIL FOR PREYING ON SICK PEOPLE.
  
  4/5/18 Follow up-- for 1 month I tried to call their manager, Joe, to discuss the charges and how I didn't realize this would be coming from my hospital deductible (again, my fault for not being "smart" enough to realize how they billed ahead of time, even though, I tried to ask relevant questions. It seems that they withhold A LOT of information. They just want to get your appointment), he didn't respond. I showed up in person on a weekend and left a note with the receptionist, and he still didn't respond. It is truly heartbreaking that this is the level of care they provide. I wrote them their check to avoid having a collection agency bug me. I'm sorry that I gave in but I needed the nightmare to end.
