  Came for ddr. The game froze and when they reset, it i lost the 30 credits I put in the machine. When i asked to be reimbursed, the manager only offered 3. He nearly refused to give me a refund after constant disputing. The game is cool, but the manager needs to go.
  
  Update: They haven't fixed the ddr machine. It's been several weeks since its been down knowing well over 30 people consistently visit this location to play
  
  Update: a year later, with new management coming in things seemed to be better at first. The team makes it very obviously that they dont care for or like the consistent DDR players at this location. Unlike any arcade I go to where they appreciate the consistent flow of income DDR players would bring to the arcade, Dave & Busters of Vernon Hills depreciates the DDR players and priorities random walks over dedicated customers.
  
  Dave & Busters is know for being the few arcades that have the new DDR game and this location is convenient for me (A 35 minute drive versus an hour+ drive).
  
  Dave & Busters of Vernon Hills has and still will be one of the worst arcades I've ever been to. The problem has nothing to do with the amusement, but the obvious unfriendly vibe that occurs if you go their often.
  
  Dave & Busters of Vernon Hills somehow managed to show their consistent customers that they aren't welcomed. Had they not been the only arcade with my favorite game working well, I would've instantly stop going.

  I come here a lot due to its close proximity to Gurnee. But if I'm to be honest i have slowly enjoyed going there less and less. The tend to have a lot, and i mean a lot, of games down. Either not working completely or just straight up broken. One of my favorite games, the deer hunter one, has never had the gun sighted ever. You always gotta wing it. That is just an example, but i could give more if i had more space. If you are to go here, go on Wednesdays so that your games are half off.
