  First time client, I went in to purchase to purchase glasses. I walked out with a pair i liked under the "Luxury" section. 2 weeks later they were falling off of my face so i went in for an adjustment. A few weeks later, same thing. I went in to get them adjusted yet again and asked the associate why they kept falling off when they told me they were men's glasses... I let her know that no one mentioned that to me when i was interested in them and she refused to allow me to return them. It was not my fault that the associates are not trained enough to follow their presentation procedures. Their luxury section falls in between their Men and Women section leaving a PRICEY & VAGUE area. The manager lady also refused to give me some kind of credit or discount for another pair. NEEDS WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE = CLIENT RETENTION. Do NOT recommend!!!
