  My stylist was excellent, hair turned out great.
  But the check in ladies were extremely rude as if I wasn’t on there level to give good customer service. No welcome greeting or “thank you” when I paid, they just gave me my change and acted as if I wasn’t there. So I just walked away, would rather go to a better customer service hair salon.

  I have only ever gotten two haircuts in my life that I didn't like and they were both at this salon. Most recently, I came in for a donation cut. Yuvannia was the stylist. It was obvious to me that she wasn't invested in the cut when she very unceremoniously chopped my hair off before I was ready to take video of it. Then, she suggested a fade. I agreed to this but the result looks NOTHING like a fade. The style she presented to me was horrendous and I asked her to fix it. The final result is uneven as can be! To top it all off, she tried to hide the back from me and proceeded to try and convince me that it would settle in a way that would be completely unnatural for the direction of my hair growth.
