  Do not enroll in any massage envy. It is a total scam. My mother recently passed away and was a member for years. She has 22 massages built up when she died and they refuse to give a refund. After complaining the manager, Ia, offered to transfer the service to my father, but he has to use them within 60 days or loose them. That would be getting a massage every other day! Other family members live out of town and can’t use them. The staff have been insensitive during our difficult time referring to “corporate policies” instead of being human. They also refused to let us speak with the owner, Peter Bray. People should know what kind of company this is before ever joining. Don’t ever enroll in any massage envy, especially the Vernon Hills store.
