  Ordered my mom a cake and balloons and the lady only provided me the cake. Didn't realized until I looked at my order in my email when I got home. Called to receive a refund since the distance is pretty far from me and they said they could only give me an in store credit. Even asked if I could transfer the credit to a store closer to me and they couldn't. The lady also assumed that I left the balloons which would be odd since I have the cake. Dissapointed that I'm out of balloons and the money for the balloons. Displays bad customer service for this location. The cake was pretty pricey also so not sure why the small refund couldn't be provided for the balloons.
