  Back when I worked in Vernon Hills, I might as well have been a stockholder in Portillo's. I've never been disappointed in something I've eaten here, though the Chocolate Cake Shake is simply too much for me. Great hot dogs, burgers, and pasta. Pretty much everything is tasty.
  
  A friend once told me that, once Culver's came to town, Portillo's was going to have real competition. That statement proved hugely incorrect. There's no comparison. Portillo's every time.

  This location is great! Quick food turnaround time. Food is always fresh and hot. No complaints here!
  
  Special mention that the staff is ALWAYS friendly. I've never experienced anyone being rude. That is always a big plus!
