Once again Sears has the product I want at a price I would pay if I could get ANY customer service at all! Horrible that there can be that many people on the floor and I was left waiting 25 min before I got mad and left. Last year was the same thing, I waited 1 hour, ended up spending 1 hr 45 min to buy an expensive ($1200) Bar-b-que That did not las 1 year before the door fell off.
