  These folks are really good people and do excellent work. They don’t nickel and dime me nor do they force me to do stuff I don’t need. They really take the time to help out their customers and make sure they are out the door quickly and safely. The after hours no hassle car loan is awesome and ensures I’m never without a vehicle if I am in need of one. I really just can’t say enough about them! I highly recommend Star Authority and their staff. Excellent all around!

  Had to take my vehicle in for an instrument light that was on. I'd made the appointment via a call into a very polite and helpful service manager, and they were ready for me when I got in. The loaner vehicle was an excellent touch. I got a text and email with a service report, detailing what they'd found, what work needed to be done and recommended. Videos were included! That alone is worth 5 stars!
  
  They did not do any un-needed work, and what they did was very reasonably priced. And the oil change cost far less than that Lube store chain.
  
  Definitely would go there again!
