  First off let me say that the manager ally was great when I complained about my service . Second I want to say that everyone I came in contact with was really nice and sweet! Now , when it comes to the outcome of my hair ...it's was not $30+ worth . I have been to great clips and they could have given me what I got for three times cheaper . The hair stylist who shampooed,cut, and styles my hair was AJ . I'm not sure if she is new but I kind of got that vibe . She spent an hour on my hair...which don't get me wrong , in most cases is a good thing but I wasn't asking for a lot . I have a pixie cut and asked for a tapered back and a shaved under cut in the sides . I also showed her a pixie cut on Pinterest that I wanted . In the picture the bangs where at the chin level and it wasn't that short on the other side . However leaving Ulta , my bangs where above my ear on both sides and most of my side was shaved down to the skin ! All I can say is ask for something simple or don't go here ... at least for hair cut !

  I love Ulta! Randy has been cutting and coloring my hair for two years and he EXCEEDS expectations EVERY time. I have tred many other upscale salons and wasn't at all impressed. Randy is patient and does an excellent job AND I have a wonderful experience each time I visit!
